Refund Policy

1. General Policy
At ADFLU, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. However, due to the nature of digital advertising and custom creative work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
2. Ad Spend
Any budget allocated to ad spend (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) that has already been spent on the respective platforms is non-refundable. Any unspent ad budget in your account can be refunded upon request, subject to a processing fee.
3. Subscription Services
For SaaS subscriptions (e.g., access to the ADFLU dashboard), you may cancel at any time. Refunds for the current billing cycle are generally not provided, but you will retain access until the end of the billing period. Exceptions may be made if a request is submitted within 48 hours of payment.
4. Custom Services
For custom services such as AI Ad Shoots or specific influencer campaigns, refunds are not available once the work has commenced or the assets have been delivered, unless the delivered work materially differs from the agreed specifications.
5. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
